The Chemical Industry Design Institute was established in 1985. It has obtained the first class design certificate of chemical industry project, second class design certificate of building & petrochemical industry project issued by China Ministry of Construction ,
design licence of pressure vessel in categorykbkb? issued respectively by China Ministry of Chemical Industry , China ministry of Labor, engineering consultation certificate issued by State Planning Commission. It's capable of providing engineering consultation, design and general contracting in the fields of chemical & petrochemical industry, medicine and phamaceutical, light industry, building, urban construction and so forth. Oil Terminal of Shenzhen Airport	The Design Institute is equipped with complete package of discipline technical force in process, piping, equipment, layout plan, architectural, structural, drainage, environmental protection, autocontrol,
electrical, heating & air conditioning, thermotechnology, estimate& budget, technological information , computerization, etc.there are 136 staff members who have been granted the technical title of engineer, among them 2 are professor grade senior engineers and 65 are senior engineers. Since it's establishment, the Design Institute has successively completed over 600 projects in different scale across China in more than ten provinces, cities and districts including Hong Kong and macao , five of which have been awarded prizes for Excellent design by the ministry of Chemical Industry.
