TAOYUANCUN PROJECT

The tall Residential Blocks NO. 100~105 named Taoyuancun Village invested by the Shenzhen Municipal Housing Bureau that has constructed by China National Nanhai Engineering Co.,ltd. is located to the east of Longjin Village of Nanshan District, Shenzhen, PR China. It¡¯s totally invested RMB112,000,000.-, covering a building area of 80906 m2 along with 1 basement and 20 storied aboveground.

Starting in Aug. 1998, CNNEC sent its top managing members to execute this project by means of matrix way. On construction, ISO9001 standards are fully applied and implemented, and quality/safety control are regarded as management center. By way of networks planning and computer aimed project control, the project is smoothly completed as schedule in a high and top quality without any accident whatever quality and safety.

In June 1999, it was confered the title of civilized construction site by Shenzhen Municipal Safety Supervision Board. And on December 16, 1999, it was passed the acceptance of completion sponsored by Shenzhen Municipal Housing Bureau. The 6 blocks are appraised as top quality project, and excellent rate reaches 100 per cent for them constructed by China National Nanhai Engineering Co.,ltd.after examined by the Shenzhen Municipal Quality Supervision Board on December 28, 1999.
